Mike joined Byron Reed Company in 1989 as a property manager after several years involvement in residential construction and renovation. During his tenure at Byron Reed, his portfolio has included all property types including full service office, medical office, retail strip centers, warehouse, condominium and townhome associations and residential properties ranging from single family homes to properties with over 400 apartment units. Today he provides the leadership and experience necessary to oversee a diverse portfolio valued in excess of $100 million. Mike holds a degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance and is active in the Institute of Real Estate Management earning the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1994 and serving as the local chapter president in 1998. | |

Nicki joined Byron Reed Company in 1994 taking a position with an apartment community and subsequently being promoted to the position of property manager. Over the years she has expanded her experience being involved in numerous apartment acquisition and repositioning assignments. Today she oversees operations of all apartment properties in the Byron Reed portfolio providing leadership, training and advice to all site and property managers and maintenance personnel. She is responsible for marketing, staffing, maintenance and the financial performance of all our apartment communities. With over 13 years hands on experience in the apartment business, her insight and knowledge in multifamily operations and staffing is considerable. | |

Laura joined Byron Reed Company in 2003 as an assistant manager at one of our larger apartment communities. She excelled in the position and soon assumed the duties of site manager and was subsequently promoted to property manager. As an experienced property manager, Laura is responsible for the administration of condominium and townhome associations providing advice, direction and service to multiple administrative boards. Additional assignments include the management and leasing of numerous apartment, single family and duplex investments across the metro area with responsibility for the maintenance, occupancy and financial performance of her portfolio. |

Linda joined Byron Reed Company in 1975. With over 30 years with the company, she is our most tenured employee. As Office manager, Linda oversees staff in the processing of all receipts, disbursements and general filing and correspondence. She also performs the duties of lead bookkeeper and is responsible for maintenance of the general ledger. |
