Maintenance Supervisor
Applewood Pointe Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet the company's established standards for safety, appearance and operation. Responsibilities include: Managing the inventory of "ready" apartments, scheduling contractors, assist in completing the turn process for vacant units, and inspecting ready apartments for move-in quality. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for complying with the company's and the community's operating and safety policies and procedures and adhering to federal, state and local laws pertaining to the operation of the community. This position is also responsible for complying with all state federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. Must be organized, HVAC certification, previous supervisory experience, and positive resident relations. Experience in apartment maintenance is a plus. No phone calls please. Full-time position with well-established property management company providing service to multiple properties across the metro area. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, general make-ready duties. Must have own hand tools, good driving record and valid driver's license, HVAC certification preferred. On-call responsibility.
